Before I start posting other blogs, I would like to dedicate this blog for my lola, the late Narcisa Cadile Parcon. It was a game changer when she commended my very first DIY Pasta, it was a Fusili topped with corned tuna and a handful Cheese Melt, a survival dish I came up with once upon a time when my paycheck got delayed. When I was younger, I never imagined my self cooking since I feel like the kitchen hates me with all the bruises, burns, cuts and everything I acquire every time there is an attempt to cook. Until when I moved in the metro, all alone, adult life taught me a lot!
Woke up extra early this morning (when I was writing this post), though today’s going to be really toxic, but the moment I glanced at a particular area where I incorporated some practices during Cat Arambulo x Moodboard Manila‘s Interior Design workshop. I felt it’s best to share some of my learning.
As the Rainy Season steps in, doing something practical like learning how to cook isnt a bad idea. This is where the Palabok and Laksa project transpire. For those with Zero Cooking Skills, take it from me! Im a Kitchen Looser as well, but to my surprise, Both Laksa and Palabok tasted as it is! It’s so easy to prepare and shame on you if you are an alien to Instant Noodles.
It’s the Rainy season once again, the season where most days, you lock yourself indoors coz for whatever reason there is, the rain is affecting you to do something that drains your budget. Speaking of budget, when you live alone, independently, trying to prove something, looking at your left overs really pains (for some), after at all, it’s your hard earned money.
Christmas is around the corner, why wont we set our faith on fire while waiting for the special date? as it is written: “Faith comes from hearing the word of Christ (Romans 10:17).” I got this check list from my church at Victory Fort, so I think this is best shared on my blog. let us take a moment everyday to read the following scriptures and allow it to energize our hearts and make room for faith to grow inside us. Share the scriptures on your own social media accounts and let us make Christmas more about CHRIST 😀
As the saying goes “YOU ARE NEVER DRESSED WHEN YOU ARE NOT A DAPPER”. Now, with the latest jobs available for Yuppies, we no longer go for the conventional “Stuck-In-The-Office-Work”, most of us are expected to be in the field at the same time requires to be “DAPPER” amidst the harsh sun and storms we get through all day, may it be along EDSA or what not, still the goal is to look presentable, which leads to “ERUDITE”, the dapper faction in the world of “Divergent”. Suit(H&M) Tie (SM Dept) Denim jeans (Uniqlo) Dress Shoes (Call It Spring) Polo Shirt (Tailor made by Michi Calica) Watch (Time X)

Alesso a.k.a Alessandro Lindblad, a Swedish DJ and an EDM producer just transformed Palace Pool Club into an OCEAN of Party Animals and Audiophile alike. I’ve been to Palace Pool Club before it was open to public and this will be the first time I’ve seen it COMPETENTLY OCCUPIED! Alesso was up there like a king on the stage, and owned the night 😀
Few Weeks ago I suffered a series of Gastronomic Issues, an incident that lead me to read about “Raw Food Diet”. And is actually the reason why I decided to drop by this catchy newly opened Vegan Salad Bar a.k.a “Sprout” before heading to church. Usually I spend 150php in fast foods before I get a little satisfied. In comparison with Sprout, astoundingly, the pricing is really cheap and one serving of salad(150php) is actually good for 2-3pax, all natural, and fresh. How could I say no?
