Christmas is around the corner, why wont we set our faith on fire while waiting for the special date? as it is written: “Faith comes from hearing the word of Christ (Romans 10:17).” I got this check list from my church at Victory Fort, so I think this is best shared on my blog. let us take a moment everyday to read the following scriptures and allow it to energize our hearts and make room for faith to grow inside us. Share the scriptures on your own social media accounts and let us make Christmas more about CHRIST 😀

Day 1 Faith for Peace of Mind

…do not be anxious about anything, but in everything by prayers and supplication with thanks giving let your request be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:6-7)

Day 2: Faith that Lifts the Spirit

The LORD is near to the BROKEN HEARTED and saves the crushed in the broken spirit. (Psalm 34:18)

Day 3: Faith for Discernment

And it is my prayer that your love may abandon more and more, with knowledge and all discernment, so that you may approve what is excellent, and so be pure and blameless for the day of Christ. (Philippians 1:9-10)

Day 4: Faith for Victory

“…for the Lord your God is he who goes with you to fight for you against your enemies, to give you the victory” (Deuteronomy 20:4)

Day 5: Faith for Success

And we know what for those who love God all things work together for good, for who are called according to his purpose. (Romans 8:28)

Day 6: Faith to Believe

He said to them, “Because of your Little Faith, for Truly, I say to you, if you have a faith like a grain of mustard seed, you will say to this mountain, ‘move fro here to there,’ and it will move, nothing is impossible for you .” (Matthew 17:20)

Day 7: Faith to Persevere

.. For the righteous falls seven times and rises again but the wicked stumble in times of calamity. (Proverbs 24:16)

Day 8: Faith for Boldness

… For God gave us a spirit not of fear but of power and love and self control (2 Timothy 1:7)

Day 9: Faith for Security

Even though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil, for you are with me, your rod and your staff, they comfort me. (Psalm 23:4)

Day 10: Faith for Satisfaction

“Man shall not live on bread alone, but from the word that comes from the mouth of God” (Matthew 4:4)

Day 11: Faith to Endure

Wait for the Lord; be strong, and let your heart take courage; wait for the Lord! (Psalm 3:5-6)

Day 12: Faith for the Impossible

But he said “What is Impossible to man is possible to God” (Luke 18:27)

Day 13: Faith for Abundance

I can do all things Through him who strengthen me. (Philippians 4:13)

Day 14: Faith for Direction

Trust in the Lord with all your hearth, and do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make straight your paths. (Proverbs 3:56)

Day 15: Faith for Wisdom

If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask God who gives generously to all without reproach, and it will be given him” (James 1:5)

Day 16: Faith for Comfort

“Blessed are those who mourn, for they shall be comforted.” (Matthew 5:4)

Day 17: Faith for Acceptance

For I am sure that neither death nor life, nor angels nor rulers, nor things present nor things to come, nor powers, nor height nor depth, nor anything else in all creations, will be able to separate us from the love of God in Christ Jesus our Lord (Romans 8:38-39)

Day 18: Faith for Provision

And my God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus. (Philippians 4:19)

Day 19: Faith for Joyfulness

Then shall the young woman rejoice in dance, and the young men and the old shall be merry. I will turn their mourning into joy; I will comfort them, and give them gladness for sorrow. (Jeremiah 31:13)

Day 20: Faith for Deliverance

No temptation has overtaken you that is not common to man. God is faithful and he will not let you be tempted beyond your ability, but with the temptation he will also provide the way of escape, that you may be able to endure it. (1 Corinthians 10:13)

Day 21: Faith for Strength

But he said to me, “My grace is sufficient for you, for my power perfect in weakness.” (2 Corinthians 12:9)

Day 22: Faith for Forgiveness

There is therefore now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus. (Romans 8:1)

Day 23: Faith Good Health

… But they who wait for the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings like eagles; they shall run and not be weary; they shall walk and not faint. (Isaiah 40:31)

Day 24: Faith for Rest

“Come to me, all who labor and are heavy laden, and I give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn from me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy , and my burden is Light.” (Matthew 11:28-30)

Day 25: Faith to Have Confidence in God

Humble yourselves, therefore, under the mighty hand of God so that at the proper time he may exalt you, casting all your anxieties on him, because he cares for you. (1 Peter 5:6-7)
