Capitol Commons, Ortigas & Co.’s newest and most popular development, surprises the shopping- and food-loving crowd once again after opening the doors of Estancia. The mall, poised to become an urban style sanctuary and the home of destination retailers, spans over 30,000 square meters in three levels.
“Estancia means ‘to stay a while’. We built it to create an atmosphere that celebrates food, fashion, and entertainment; we built it in such a way that people will indeed be drawn to stay and linger at the mall,” says Cathy Casares-Ko, General Manager of the Shopping Centers Division of Ortigas & Co.
AN EXCITING RETAIL MIX
Estancia will be home to over 70 retailers that are meant to complement the lifestyles of those who choose to make Capitol Commons their home, as well as those in the neighboring subdvisions.
A GASTRONOMIC DESTINATION
Apart from shopping, Estancia will be offering a variety of dining options such as Ikkoryu Fukuoka Ramen, Peanut Butter & Co., TWG, Banana Leaf, Pepper Lunch, Craft Coffee, and Clockwork—UCC’s forray into third wave coffee—among others.
New restaurant concepts are also poised to open such as Grace Lee’s unique Shoju bar, Eum Ma Ne, Bap Bap, the first Buffalo Wild Wings in the country, and Japanese curry house, CoCo ICHIBANYA.
“We made it a point to continue offering unique dining experiences in Capitol Commons through Estancia. We invite everyone to come to our Urban Flavors Weekends on December 6 & 7, and 13 & 14 as we give a preview of some of our gastronomic choices in both Estancia and the Gastro strip,” says Casares-Ko.
Urban Flavors Weekend will be held on the first and second weekends of December at Estancia in Capitol Commons. For a minimum fee of P500, one will be able to enjoy food taste serve portions of establishments such as Ba Noi’s, Black Olive, Nomama, XO46 Bistro Filipino, Eum Ma Ne, Cara Mia Gelato, Jipan Café & Bakeshop, and Larcy’s Cupcakery Café, among others. The country’s top jazz and acoustic performers will be serenading diners throughout the event. Surprises from Estancia’s tenants also await lucky pick-a-prize winners.
